HOTEL ROOM RATES

• In order to get the discounted BI room rates all reservations must be handled through the Tulsa Convention Housing Bureau (T.C.H.B.) by email, fax, mail or online (use code 10018). (No Phone reservations will be accepted)
• All reservations, changes and cancellations before April 23, 2010, must be made through the TCHB; after this date please contact the hotel directly.
• Reservations will be made on a first come / first served basis. Please submit only one form per room reservation. (Those sharing a room should not send duplicate copies.) Reservations must be made by the cut-off date to guarantee the special BI rate
• After receiving your acknowledgment from TCHB, you should receive a confirmation from your assigned hotel within two weeks. If you do not receive the confirmation please contact the hotel directly.

The fastest way to make your reservation is online but if you are not a computer person, you may fax the form or the slowest way is by mail. Please note that each hotel has a specific number of rooms blocked and when that number is achieved if you chose that hotel they will give you your next selection. So it is important to do it as soon as possible.
